Low cost metal roof cooling and protection

Description

This system is designed for minimal-need, low-cost applications for cooling and basic protection of metal  roofs that have a stable substrate, are free of moisture, pooling and have a minimum of 6mm per 30cm slope and positive drainage.

System 500 is a basic coating protection with ENERGY STAR® certifiation. Topps Seal® provides all the basic cooling and UV protection benefits that are available across the Topps range of products.

Topps repair and reinforcing compounds can be used selectively as needed.
